On August 28th 2019, Qingdao International Business Association held a successful event at U-cafe. Mr. Anthony Ang, Deputy Chair of SingCham Shandong and GM of QiaoSin Group shared with us a family story of entrepreneurship with persistence, diligence and determination.

In 2008, after serving in Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) for 22 years, Anthony took over the steering wheel of his family business, as the General Manager of QiaoSin Group: In 1992, Anthony’s father moved from Singapore to a small village in Weifang’s Qiaoguan Town, where he founded his family business. Mr. Ang and his family have been living ever since, hence the business is called QiaoSin Group, which developed from a pig feed processor to a multi-sector specialist.

In addition to the family business, in 2104, Anthony initiated the establishment of SingCham Shandong Chapter, and became its first Chairman.
