On Friday, April 23, the “Interpretation and Application of RCEP Rules”event, organized by QIBA and co-organized by the Singapore Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China (Shandong Chapter) and Fortunature Club, was held in the World Trade Center CQICC office.


David Zhang, Senior Partner from Allbright Law (Qingdao) Office, a recognized RCEP expert, explained and clarified how RCEP would help our members to expand business in 2021 and beyond.

RCEP (Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement) is a multi-national agreement between China, Japan, Korea, ASEAN countries, Australia, New Zealand. It is the world largest free trade zone with largest population, largest economic and trade scale and the most potential for development. 

Guests of this forum had in-depth exchanges and discussions on various business issues.

David Zhang showed how to grasp several development opportunities. He concentrated on the rules and practices of RCEP combined with real situations in finance, trade, service, and other industries. He presented a comprehensive understanding of the significance of RCEP to the economic development of Shandong and Qingdao.
